What is Nammabazar Return & Exchange Policy?
1. Return scheme is provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of an exchange, replacement, or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy
2. Nammabazar offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
General Rules for a Successful Return
Ø In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.' In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given from the seller side.
Ø In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
Ø During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
Ø For products where installation is provided by Nammabazar's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Nammabazar authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
Ø Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within a period of 1 business day from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Nammabazar are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you or in your wallet associated with the Nammabazar (“Wallet”) eligible for Wallet refund, as may be chosen by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.
Ø Please be informed that for Products, for which you had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery’, as a payment option, you will receive refunds in your bank account (as per the bank account details provided by you to us) in case the Product is purchased from a third-party seller made available. However, if the Sale was consummated by Nammabazar, you will receive your refund in your Wallet. We do not make any cash refunds.
Ø The amount claimed as refund will be refunded to you within 15 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

You may return, the Product you have received with a new Product (of the same category and within the same value) due to size issue, fit issue, colour issue, manufacturing defects, shrinkage in fabric, colour bleeding, and bubbling.
You can return the Product provided that the Product is unused/ unwashed, price tag /bar code is intact and not altered, the Product is not altered (unless proven vendor defect). Further, there should not be any strong odour /foul smell/perfume/stain on the Product. In addition to the aforementioned, we will accept the return if you keep the Products in its original condition, along with brand outer box, and MRP tags attached. |

The Products under this category are returnable within 7 days from date of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, have a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the product description from what was ordered on Nammabazar For products such as mobiles, tablets, smartwatches or laptops, etc. (any item which you can install without the assistance of a technician) you are required to contact Nammabazar customer care to intimate of any physical damage or defect etc, within 72 hours of delivery. For products being reported for physical damage or defect or has a missing accessory or is different from what was ordered basis the description on Nammabazar website returns will only be accepted if the product has not been activated. In case of any issue arising after 7 days of delivery users may contact the manufacturer directly under the product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable). For products such as air conditioners, televisions, water purifiers, refrigerators, convection microwave or washing machine, etc (any item which requires installation/ demonstration by an authorised technician), please contact the Nammabazar customer care to register damage or defect within 7 days of delivery*. You shall have the option to contact the Brand or the seller directly or Nammabazar shall arrange for a visit of a technician from ResQ/the Brand/ Seller to assess the damage or defect and accordingly initiate the return. *Products will not be eligible for returns if they are installed by a third-party technician not assigned by Nammabazar.
